Earlybird registration ends at 23:59, June 15, 2019 (Central time).
The registrant will receive an automatic confirmation to the email that was provided on the registration form. Often times our system generated email gets stuck in the SPAM folder. Make sure to check your SPAM folder.
Important remarks
- Registration fee cannot be refunded in case of cancellation.
- Early bird registration will be closed at 23:59, June 15, 2019 (Central time)
- Online registration will be closed at 23:59, July 1, 2019 (Central time)
- All fees are payable by credit card, bank transfer, and on-site cash/credit card payment.Note that the available credit cards are VISA and Mastercard only.
- All local and overseas charges for bank transfer should be paid by the remitter.
- On-site registration will be available for regular, full-time student and accompanying person for regular fees.

*3 Those who registered as a full time student should show their student ID card at the conference.
*4 Accompanying person fee includes reception on July 22nd, excursion (including lunch) and banquet on July 25.
