Abstracts

Information about papers – first submission

Abstract guideline:
Abstract is limited to 400 words, plus title and authors ( one page)

The deadline for sending abstracts is March 1st 2025

We call for abstracts that relate to the following track themes:

  1. Charged particle Sources
    Theoretical, computational and experimental studies of electron and ion sources.
  2. Fundamentals
    Methods for theoretical, computational and experimental analysis of systems; material properties; device characterization, et cetera.
  3. Fabrication
    All things relating to fabrication of vacuum nanoelectronics devices and components.
  4. Applications
    Applications for vacuum nanoelectronics. Proven and potential uses in various fields.

Initial abstracts are used for evaluation. Accepted abstracts will be shown in the digital conference agenda.

Upon acceptance of the initial abstracts, authors will submit a 2 page extended abstract for inclusion in the conference proceedings.
The proceedings will be published via IEEE.

Abstract includes
a. Author names and affiliations
b. Main body (w. References optional)
c. Acknowledgement
d. Keywords

Presenter information
Oral presentations
Selected authors will be invited to present their papers in an appropriate session.

Poster presentations
Submissions should relate to the themes. Abstracts submitted for oral presentations that have not been accepted may be invited to provide a poster presentation.
