Registration

The registration fees shown below are in Euros.

To register, please click on the price corresponding to the appropriate category in the table below.
Please take the ticket with you to the registration table or reception at the conference.
In case you register as a student, please show the student ID at the registration desk at the conference.

If you need a visa letter from IVNC in order to apply for a visa, funding or permission to enter Germany, please indicate this in the relevant box on the conference registration form, and a letter will be emailed to you. If you do not wish to pay the registration fees prior to ensuring that you have obtained the visa, you can still use the same registration form and submit this without paying, and then make the payment later. However, please keep in mind that the registration fees will be higher if you make the payment after the early-bird deadline (02 May 2017), even if you have registered earlier.

Conference participants: The registration fees include conference materials and admission to all sessions and tutorials, lunch (only Tuesday until Friday) and coffee breaks on all conference days, welcome reception, tour, and banquet. Accommodation and meals (other than lunch and banquet) are not included.

Partner program: The registration fees include welcome reception, tour and banquet. In addition, you will have a guided tour through the City of Regensburg and Castle Thurn and Taxis. Accommodation and meals (other than the banquet) are not included.

Please keep in mind that the registration will be closed 30 June 2017.
It is not possible to register or make payments during the conference days.
